SHIPPING

It is very important that you receive your artwork in perfect condition. Orders are packaged and shipped out every 3-5 business days using USPS or UPS (ground)

International orders or those being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, please send me a message for a quote on shipping.

RETURNS

I will gladly accept returned products in their original condition for exchange or merchandise credit. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to authorize your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Handmade ceramics are fragile and must be handled carefully when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. RiverHorse Studios is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed carefully and arrive intact in order to receive credit on the return.

Custom and special orders are final sales and cannot be returned.

DAMAGES

Although damages are uncommon, I will refund any item that arrives damaged. Please document the damaged package and product immediately upon receipt, and contact me right away. Refunds for items broken in shipping can only be accommodated with documentation of the broken items AND package.
